I've been DYING to do some cool cosplay shoots based on some of my favorite movies and TV shows. The first of which was a photographic adaptation of Sweeney Todd & Mrs. Lovett. When I started looking for models who might be interested, my friend (and INSANE model) Lauren was the first to volunteer. As you can see, she brings the right energy and look to this character.
I asked Brian if he'd be our demon barber because this guy does FACES like none other. He also brought his own costume and did his own makeup. Our location was an abandoned train depot from the turn of the century in Hillsboro. A huge thank you to Danielle Naumcheff for letting us borrow Mrs. Lovett's wardrobe, which are authentic to the time period.
I had so much fun re-creating one of my favorite stage plays as a still shoot. I had even more fun with my models, who are as amazing in front of the camera as they are behind the scenes.
I am now totally booked for February and most of the way booked for March. I've got lots of big, ambitious shoots planned so stay tuned!
